This page says what go.muslimadnetwork.com stores, when, and why. It is written to match the code that runs here. If the code changes, this page changes first.
Ummah Media Group LLC, trading as Muslim Ad Network. Version dated 5 November 2026.
Before you pay, we read your home page once and keep nothing
You can read this site, paste your website, see your drafted campaign and edit every line. This page keeps your draft in your browser's session storage, on your device. This is a store that the browser clears when you close the tab. It is cleared when you close the tab. Your name, email address and every other field stay in your browser until you press Pay.
One thing does leave your browser earlier. When you press Draft my campaign, your browser sends the website address you typed to our server. Our server opens that one public page, the way a visitor would, and reads five things: the business name, a logo, the main colours, a few lines of words and the page's main picture (the one it shares as its preview image). It sends them back to your browser, which draws your example banners.
A second thing leaves your browser earlier, only when you press Check this link: your browser sends that one link address (the place a tap on your ad goes) to our server. Our server opens it once, the way a visitor would, and tells you whether it opened, how fast it answered and whether it sent people to another website. It does not read the page. It keeps nothing, writes no log line that holds the address, and sends no cookies. It cannot show what a phone would show, and it does not open our own sites. A person still checks the link before your ad runs.
- It keeps nothing. We do not store the address, the page, the logo, the picture, the colours or the words from this read. We write no log line that holds the address.
- It follows robots.txt. If your site asks programs like ours to stay away, or we cannot check, we do not read it.
- It sends no cookies and says who it is. Its name is MANGoSiteReader, and it links to this page.
- It reads public websites only. It refuses private network addresses and our own sites. It follows at most three redirects, and it stops after eight seconds.
- It is limited. Across all visitors, at most 20 reads run each minute. If the reader is busy or your site cannot be read, this page tells you, and your banners use a starting look for your kind of business with your name in plain type. We never draw a logo for you: we use the one your page shows, or the one you upload here, or your name in plain type. A logo you upload stays in your browser until you press Pay.
- No analytics and no trackers. This site runs no advertising, analytics or other third-party script. There is no pixel and no behavioural tracking of any kind.
- No cookies. This site sets none.
- Fonts and images are served from this site, not from a font or image service.
- The example banners are drawn in your browser from what the read found. The picture is your page's own main picture when it shares one, or our abstract art. The reader copies no other photos from your site.
When you press Pay, this is what we store
Pressing Pay sends your approved plan to our server at go.muslimadnetwork.com so that we can run the campaign you ordered. We store:
- Your name, email address and website address, and the link a click on your ad should open.
- The plan you approved: the goal, ad views or clicks, the budget, the dates, the countries, the banner wording and background, and whether you switched on the everyday sites follow-up.
- If you chose Use my own banners: a cleaned copy of each banner file you added. The next section says exactly what happens to them.
- If you chose Streaming TV: the kinds of shows and the languages you picked, the two boxes you ticked about your video (with the time), and a cleaned copy of your video. The section after the banner files says exactly what happens to the video.
- An order number we make, the time, and later the payment reference Stripe gives us.
- After you pay, a record of your order in our own customer records: your name, email address, website address, the order number and the amount you paid. The person who looks after your campaign uses it to find your order and answer you.
We use this to review the ad, run the campaign, send your receipt and reports, and answer you. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it to build profiles. One person on our team reads each order to review it.
If you use your own banners, we keep your files
Your banner files stay on your device until you press Pay. We do not send, read or keep them before then. When you press Pay, your browser sends each file to our server first, one at a time, and Stripe's page opens only after every file is stored. If a file fails, nothing is charged and Stripe's page does not open.
- What we check. The file must be a PNG, JPG or GIF. We read this from the file itself, not from its name. The picture must be exactly the size of its slot (728 × 90, 320 × 50, 300 × 250, 300 × 600 or 160 × 600), and the file must be under 150 KB. You send at most one file per size, so at most five. A file that fails any check is refused and not kept.
- What we remove. Pictures can carry hidden data, such as the camera, the time, a place, an author name or a comment. We remove all of it and keep only a cleaned copy that draws the same picture. We do not keep the file you sent. We keep the colour information the picture needs to look the same.
- Where it is kept. On our order server, in a folder named by your order number. Only the server and our staff can read it. The folder is not part of any web page, and the files have no web address.
- Who sees it. One person on our team opens your files to review your ad. Until a person approves your ad, nobody else can see them and they have no web address. After approval, your banner is passed to the ad systems that show it, and then anyone who sees your ad can see it.
- What we use it for. To review and run your ad, and to answer you. We do not sell your files, share them with anyone else, or use them for anything else.
- Limits. To stop abuse we limit how many files and how many bytes one order, and the whole site, can send in a day. If the limit is reached, the page tells you and nothing is charged.
- How long we keep them. If you never pay, we delete your files 7 days after you pressed Pay. If we return your money, we delete them 30 days after the refund. If you pay, we keep them while your campaign runs and for 90 days after its last day, so we can answer a question about what ran. Then we delete them. A sweep that runs every few minutes deletes files when their time is up.
If you buy streaming TV, we keep your video
Your video stays on your device until you press Pay. We do not send, read or keep it before then. When you press Pay, your browser sends the video to our server first, and Stripe's page opens only after the video is stored. If it does not arrive, nothing is charged. Your browser also checks the file on your device before you pay, so you learn early if it will not be accepted. That check sends nothing to us.
- What we check. The file must be an MP4 with H.264 video, exactly 15 or exactly 30 seconds long, 16 by 9, from 1280 × 720 up to 1920 × 1080, and 40 MB or smaller. Sound, if you add it, must be AAC. We read all of this from the file itself, not from its name.
- What we remove. A video can carry hidden data, such as the device, the time or a place. We overwrite those parts of the file with empty space. We do not re-encode your video: the pictures and the sound stay exactly as you made them.
- What a machine cannot check. We cannot read your frames. A person on our team watches the whole video before it runs. You also tick two boxes: your video shows no Qur’an verse, hadith or other sacred text, and you have the right to use everything in it. We keep your two ticks and the time with the order.
- Where it is kept. On our order server, in a folder named by your order number, the same place as banner files. The folder is not part of any web page, and the video has no web address.
- Who sees it. One person on our team watches it. After approval, we pass it to the ad systems that show it on streaming TV, and then viewers see it. Those systems may keep a copy for their own records. We do not control how long they do.
- What else we store for a streaming TV order. The kinds of shows and the languages you picked, your dates and your budget. We use them to set up the run. We do not use them for anything else.
- Limits. To stop abuse we limit how many videos and how many bytes the site can take in a day. If our server is low on space, video uploads pause. The page tells you, and nothing is charged.
- How long we keep it. The same times as banner files: if you never pay, 7 days after you pressed Pay. If we return your money, 30 days after the refund. If you pay, while your campaign runs and for 90 days after its last day.
Your card is handled by Stripe, not by us
Payment happens on a page run by Stripe, Inc. Stripe receives your name, email address, the amount and your card details. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to its page: stripe.com/privacy. Stripe sends us back a payment reference and the amount, which we keep with your order.
Email we send
We email you your receipt, the result of the ad review, status changes and your reports. These go out from our own mail server. Optional emails, such as a weekly summary, are off until you turn them on in your account.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours records each request: your IP address, the page asked for, the time, and your browser's name. We keep these logs for up to 90 days to keep the site working and to spot abuse, then they are deleted. Our order server writes a log line per request without your IP address or what you typed.
How long we keep an order
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires us to keep sales records. If you never pay, the order record created when you pressed Pay is deleted after 30 days. Banner files have their own, shorter times, which the section on your own banners lists.
Your rights
Email us and a person will reply. You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless a sales record must be kept by law. You can stop a campaign at any time from your campaign page or by replying to any email from us. Ad money we have not delivered is returned on request, to the card that paid.
Global Privacy Control (a browser setting that asks sites not to track you): this site does not track or sell, so there is nothing for the signal to switch off, and we honour it anyway.
Who can use this site
MANGo is for businesses and organisations. It is not for anyone under 18.
